Most whippet conversation today lives inside big social platforms, at the mercy of feeds and algorithms. We think a breed this beloved deserves its own address: a calm, fast, friendly site where the good stuff doesn't scroll away — and where the community, not a platform, decides what it becomes.

From the founder
I'm a whippet owner like you — ours joined the family in early 2026 and promptly rearranged our furniture, our schedules, and our hearts. Whippet Wire started as a simple question: what would a community space look like if it were built purely for whippet people, with no ads and no engagement tricks?
This site is my answer, and it's growing in the open. If something feels off, is missing, or could work better, tell me — post in the forums and I'll read it.
